What is MMA HIIT? 
MMA HIIT is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of hard work. High-intensity interval training is designed to kick up the intensity of your cardio. We'll be making you push yourself to the max during every set! But the results will be well worth it!

Who is this class designed for?
This class is designed for anyone who is interested in getting fit and learning skills along the way. This training will push your cardio in ways regular group classes can’t. Using dynamic exercises and movements, you will push your cardio beyond your limits. While you exercise, you will be learning valuable skill-sets.

What will you learn in this class?
At the core of this class, you will learn how to push through your own limitations. These classes are about getting a good sweat and having fun. Along the way, we will show you how to wrap your hands, so they are supported. We will show you how the techniques are setup, so you know how to start. We will show you what parts of the hand makes contact, so you avoid injuring your hand. We will also show you how to hold focus mits or pads, so you and your partner don’t get injured.

What is the benefit of attending this class?
Our classes are designed to push our members. You will use a lot of energy and burn lot of calories. You will learn the Martial Arts and in doing so, you will learn how to defend yourself in situations. This class is suited for anyone who is interested in getting fit an is tired of their normal exercises
