Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him or her to submit. The techniques you learn in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu enables you to attack or get into a more dominant position. This gives you the upper hand at all times in a real-life self-defense situation.
We focus on using a variety of training techniques designed for women of all fitness levels. We are not just a gym offering a Ladies class - we are a community of like minded women who are pushing ourselves to be the best version of ourselves we can be both physically and mentally.
MMA HIIT is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of hard work. High-intensity training is designed to kick up the intensity of your cardio. We'll be making you push yourself to the max during every set! But the results will be well worth it!
